More than just workspace

We offer spacious conference rooms, an event hall, boardroom, full-service reception desk, copy center and break rooms, all available to tenants at no additional common-area fees. We are located near downtown Jacksonville, within easy access of I-95, I-10 and the city’s main post office. We provide ample free parking for tenants and their customers.

In 2020 we launched the BSEC Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunity, an individualized coaching program offering guidance with business issues, finances and technology. The year-long program offers coaching and workshops in business and personal finance, business fundamentals and technology, and has helped more than 100 participating companies remain in business despite hardships caused by COVID-19. The program is not limited to BSEC resident entrepreneurs, and accepts new applicants each month. Thanks to support from LISC and Ally Bank, this valuable coaching is offered at no cost to participating entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs in Duval County are welcome to enroll at this link.

The Beaver Street Enterprise Center is affiliated with JaxSmallBizHelp, and First Coast Business Alliance. We partner with the Women’s Business Center, Jax Chamber, the Small Business Development Center of the University of North Florida, SCORE, the Small Business Administration and Brenau University. We receive funding through Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
